Welcome to Rocky Top Wellness — We are a small family owned and operated business located in the heart of east Tennessee. It all started in 2018 after looking at a family picture and realizing we were headed down the wrong path with our health and needed to change course immediately. 

 

At that point the journey to a healthier us began. We joined our local GYM and started researching nutrition. We learned how to eat without dieting and starving ourselves.

 

Then in 2022 I stumbled across peptides. Realizing this is the future of health and wellness I started sharing them with friends and family. Fast forward to 2025 and the demand had become so great for these research peptides we decided to create a website and share them with as many others as possible.
